As a Program Specialist WASH. My job responsibilities include manage overall planning and implementation of organization WASH program in three Districts of Sindh, Pakistan. I developed technical guidelines, frameworks, assessment tools, implementation mythologies, and training manuals for structural and non-structural WASH interventions, including water quality and sanitation programs aligned with national and global WASH standards. These interventions targeted flood-affected communities, schools, and healthcare facilities, ensuring adherence to Sphere Standards and humanitarian principles.I oversee pre-feasibility studies, environmental and social impact assessments of WASH programs, and the preparation of drawings and BOQs. I developed monthly, quarterly, and annual budget plans and reports for the donor. Moreover, I provided coaching on humanitarian standards, inclusion, and community-driven development strategies related to WASH and infrastructure projects. Additionally, I developed and maintained coordination with district-level line departments and other stakeholders through regular coordination meetings.

Managing partner implementation projects in flood emergency relief & recovery programs in Sindh (district Dadu, Badin, and Thatta) & Balochistan ( District Jaffarabad & Sohabatpur), Pakistan funded by Canadian aid- GRC, SIDA RRM, UK aid.
 Developing guidelines, framework, assessment criteria & tool for assessment and implementation of water, sanitation, and hygiene programs in flood-affected settlements in in-camp and off-camp settlements, schools &, and healthcare facilities following sphere standards guidelines.
 Conducting partner staff orientation on guidelines, framework, assessment criteria & tools for assessment and implementation of water, sanitation and hygiene programs.
 Review & finalize design, BoQs & drawings for construction/rehabilitation of WASH infrastructures for flood-affected community settlements, schools &, and healthcare facilities.
 Conducting onsite verification and regular monitoring of WASH interventions, reviewing partner progress and providing support to partners in planning and implementation of WASH programs.
 Ensured the partner implementation was in line with ACTION CONTRE LA FAIM policies and procedures, persuading humanitarian standards, and fulfilling donor requirements in coordination with MEAL, finance, procurement, and security departments.
 Developed training manuals, and toolkits and conducted training of partner staff and community WASH committees, school pupils on hygiene promotion, menstrual hygiene management, roles &responsibilities of WASH committees/ health clubs, and operation & maintenance of WASH facilities.
 Participation in provincial WASH clusters and technical working groups for progress updates, knowledge exchange and learnings.

Managed, planned, and advised partner implementation of projects in sector of WASH & infrastructure development in disaster prone areas of Sindh, Pakistan.
Drafted and compiled project progress reports and completion reports. Reviewed infrastructure feasibility reports, BOQs, design drawings and tender documents.
Ensured the partner implementation is in line with Welthungerhilfe policies and procedures, persuading humanitarian standards, and fulfilling donor requirements in coordination with MEAL, finance, procurement, and security departments.

 Managed overall implementation and execution of community infrastructure projects of worth 04 million dollars in 2 districts related to WASH, link roads and culverts, irrigation, flood protection and alternate energy.
